Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Cart Tail, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Pet food and treats that have been opened.
  • Perishable products.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for further information.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or if an incorrect item was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@carttail.com with your order details and photographs of the product, if applicable.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@carttail.com for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
